Royal Flush® Warranty Policy (Singapore)
1-Year Limited Warranty
Royal Flush® smart toilets are covered under a 1-year full warranty from the date of purchase when installed and used under normal residential conditions in Singapore. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Coverage
Electronic Components (1 Year):
Includes smart bidet seat, sensors, control modules, and internal electronics related to flushing, heating, and drying systems.
Porcelain Base (Lifetime, Limited to One Installation):
The ceramic body is covered by a lifetime limited warranty for structural integrity and manufacturing defects, limited to the original installation and purchaser.
Accessories & Fittings:
Parts such as the remote control, and flush valves are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Warranty Service
During the warranty period, Royal Flush® will repair or replace defective parts or products at no cost to the customer. Service may include:
• On-site inspection and troubleshooting
• Replacement of faulty electronic components
• Exchange for a new unit if the issue cannot be repaired
Warranty service applies only to products purchased through Royal Flush Singapore or authorised partners.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by improper installation, power fluctuations, or plumbing modifications
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or impact damage
• Natural wear and tear, including surface scratches, discolouration, or fading
• Damage caused by foreign objects, improper cleaning, or chemical exposure
• Products tampered with, disassembled, or serviced by unauthorised personnel
Power & Installation Notice
To maintain warranty validity:
• Ensure the unit is connected to a 220V–240V power point.
• Installation must be performed by a qualified plumber or technician.
• Do not open or attempt to modify the product yourself.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a claim:
1. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
2. Send photos or videos of the issue for assessment.
3. Our service team will guide you on repair or replacement steps.
Royal Flush® reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the cause of the issue before approving any claim.
